my baby girl is 7months old. with out any reason my is shaking her head and shoulders like shivering. is it dangerous. what is the cause of it

my baby is weight is 2.4kgs so due to low birth weight I'm giving her iron syrup and vitamin D only. for calcium deficiency should I use any extra syrups please suggest me sir
