Q.

my baby girl is 6.5 months now and my milk supply has decreased to 10-20 ml in each pumping session. How to increase my supply now.

A. hi, do take a proper protien rich food, with adequate fluids. preffer Dhootapapeshwar Shatavari kalpa Granules, it helps to increase lactation, take 1 tea spoon of it with milk.
