My baby girl is 56 days old and 5.1kg weight, she had taken vaccine yesterday (14 weeks vaccine) but fevar is not getting down below 102°, we are replacing DOLO DROPS to Paracetamol & mefenamic acid suspension after Dr. advice, but could not get how to take this, please suggest?

A. it may for 2 days. No need to worry mommy . It is fine for the baby . It happen in some babies and willbe normal in some days . There is no need to panic or give any medicine for this to baby .
