A. Dear mum, weight of 6.3 kg is absolutely normal for 4 months old baby, do not worry. Baby should double the birth weight by 6 months or earlier which your baby has already achieved.

A. hi...babies should double their birth weight by the time they are five months old and triple their birth weight by the time they are one year old. Babies generally gain 400 to 500 grams of weight per month after birth. So your babies weight is normal. Do not worry, just keep exclusively breast-feeding ,for the first six months.
