my baby girl is 4 months old and she is having rashes on her face excluding forehead and nose

it could be eczema
usually it alright by own.
so no need of treatment is required now.
just keep that area clean.
you may try cool pack on it.
but if a child is feeling discomfort, having redness, swelling , irritation, itching etc there then please visit your pediatrician
