My baby girl is 4 months and 5 days old her birth weight was 2.605kg now her weight is 4kg she is only on breast feed how should i increase her weight i am really worried please help me? Though i have gave her top feed also but she is not drinking that at all

A. Your child is about half a KG underweight so I would just recommend you as of now that you should start giving formula feeding because with breastfeeding the child is gaining weight but not sufficient to go for a mixed feeding I think that is going to be a better option for you
