My baby girl is 4 month old having grade I hydronephrosis She had it by birth What do u suggest

A. hello mom grade 1 is the least severe and grade 4 is the most severe.Antibiotics after your baby is born to prevent infection, in select cases where infection may be more likely to occur.your doctor may recommend preventive antibiotic therapy to lower the risk of urinary tract infections.
