my baby girl is 3 months old, she is passing motion once in 5 or 6 days is it normal, her motion is green and yellow mixed in color, I am giving iron, vitamin d3 and zinc as supplements. is it becoz of tht, what is the reason ?

A. all normal continue with all supplement. typically breastfed babies will not poop as often because their bodies absorb most of the breast milk. going even a week without having a bowl movement is ok.

A. Green poop may indicate a foremilk/hindmilk imbalance in breastfed babies, which results in your baby is getting a larger portion of foremilk (watery milk) than hindmilk (thicker, fattier milk). Though this can cause tummy discomfort, it doesn't indicate a milk supply issue or problem with your milk.
