My baby girl is 3 months 19 days old. she has been suffering from diarrhea from last 4-5 days. for a few days she puts everything in her mouth. she also drinks less milk. what could be the reason?

A. baby 3 and half month old suffering from loose motions for now you given to germinate 2.5 ml twice a day for three days and consult your doctor then for proper examination
