Q.

My baby girl is 3 months 10 days old. Her birth weight was 2.775 khmg and now 5.1 kg exclusively breastfeeding. From past few days I have started feeling her ribs. Is she underweight? Is it cause of concern? Should I introduce formula ?

A. Namaste Mom, As they are growing their would be body changes as well, Monthly weight gain of a full term baby is expected to almost gain in range of 400 gm to 1 kg and by age of 4 to 6 months they double their birth weight,
