My baby girl is 3.75 years old and she is getting hiccups since morning and I tried giving her water and and sugar as well sometime and then it stopped for sometime and again it started.. what should be done to rectify this and why is this hiccups continuous

A. good evening I would request you to try to make sure that the child is looking in the upward direction and you can also continue giving water few sips at regular intervals to avoid this problem to the child
