Q.

my baby girl is 2months old. I have a milk supply issue and after most of mothers feed, we give her topup formula. now she is completely rejecting topup and cries to get mothers feed. is there any way to increase mothers milk supply... will manual or electric pumping helps?

A. yes, electric pumping helps.. also have healthy diet including more dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makkhana everyday. Drink milk with 1 tsf of cure perinium powder daily twice a day.

A. Hello mom You should read more dairy products in your regular diet plan and you should start taking at least 2 to 4 cup of milk in a day it will help in increasing breastmilk rather than this you should also start taking more jeera and ajwain in your regular diet. And you should always try to give top of feed then only way we will start accepting it
