NikithaMom of a 10 yr 10 m old boy2 years agoA. hello yes you must brush baby teeth and it is very important to maintain a proper oral hygiene and u should be using a flouride free tooth oaste like babyhug which can help maintain a proper hygiene and since baby does not know to spit it would also be safe too
