my baby girl is 2 months old and I have to start her feeder with mother's milk. Can I start with goat milk ?

Goat milk is not advisable to be given to the child so you can give regular tone pasteurise milk and animal milk cow or buffaloes full cream packet milk should be given only after completing the age of one year so this is how you can proceed with as of now this is actually the right thing to do
