My baby girl is 2.10 years. She can repeat the words what we say..But she cannot talk on her own..She will point out everything like her head, nose, eyes etc..What to do?

A. Hello good afternoon !! If the baby is not speaking words,sentences on her own instead she is showing things or using sigh language then there might be speech delay according to the age. Consult a Speech therapist for assessment and therapies would help.
