my baby girl is 1year old.i started giving her cow milk so plz suggest me good protein powder for my baby.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl4 years agoA. U Cannot add any protein powder to the milk before the age of two years it’s not recommended I’m just going to advise you to add fruit saffron and turmeric powder to the milk if you want to you can also a dry fruit powder it is also a healthy option
