Q.
My baby girl is 14 months old, she is passing hard stool every day after summer started. I am feeding her papaya also. what can I do for smooth stool passing. In our place temparature is high

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. You have to give more liquids to the baby like water coconut water nimbu paani butter milk abd give curd daily abd add desi ghee over meals and start giving few bites of banana at the end of lunch

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. Give them lukewarm water every morning. Include a banana everyday. These two are best constipation relievers. Also you can soak raisins in water over night and can filter can water alone. This is also quite effective.
