My baby girl is 14 month old but she is not walking yet. What should i do to encourage her to walk?

Milestones are achieved at different timings for each baby but there is a range in which they should be achieved if there is too much delay then it requires a doctor examination to know if brain involvement is there or not hence it is a must to consult a pediatrician
