By now the child can be given regular foods made at home for the family , no much restrictions now so whole eggs , milk c panner , curds , ghee, dals and channa , rajma etc , rice , idli , roti etc , sago , dry fruits and nuts , fruits and vegetables

Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family. Serve foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating.
