Q.

my baby girl is 1 yr 3 weeks she is not gaining weight she is now 7 kg at birth she was 1750gm wht should I do.. n 1 yr baby diet

A. Hello mom as she was a low birth weight baby they tend to gain weight on a slow pace .. so not to worry about it. By now the child can be given regular foods made at home for the family , no much restrictions now so whole eggs , milk c panner , curds , ghee, dals and channa , rajma etc , rice , idli , roti etc , sago , dry fruits and nuts , fruits and vegetables

A. Hello dear parent! Your child seems to be doing well. It is said to be ideal if the baby triples its birth weight by one year completion. Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family. Serve foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating.
