my baby girl is 1 year and 2 months old.. Still Im giving her breast milk. Not sufficient for her so I would like to go for another source. so can I start cow milk??

A. Hi mom. Yes, once ur baby completes one year then u can start with cow milk. There is no problem in that. Restrict milk to 400 - 500 ml in a day. Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to ur baby. Take care
