my baby girl is 1 year 5 months old her weight is 9.5 kg is it normal if not how to gain her weight?

A. Yeah this is okay not bad at all of course you can increase more of proteins into the diet of your child in this age the thing is that apart from vegetarian protein whatever you give you can give egg chicken and fish also the non-Veg protein also plays an important role so if you are a non-vegetarian try to include egg every day once and chicken and fish in another format once in a day you can give so this is going to lead to a good protein diet for your child
