Q.
my baby girl is 1 year 5 month old she is not speaking any words only speaking amma,bye,dada,that's it she uses sign language but she understands everything we speak if we tell don't do that ? she won't do ,if we ask her to take something she will but not speaking anything.what to do for this? I'm so worried of her ,can i see a doctor or will it take time to speak or not.

So one thing is very clear that there is no problem in understanding and following the commands so that’s a good sign and when it comes to talking just try and communicate more and more with your child you can also get some books and flashcards which which you can teach better you have ample of things to cover up with the child for better speech
