Q.

my baby girl is 1 month 8 days old she had jaundice after 1 week after birth we admitted here for 3 days phototheraphy later doctor gave us discharge but still here skin is seen yellowish we did a dct test as well which is negative doc is saying it will go away as she grows is this correct ?? is it someting to worry ??

A. Yes yes that is totally fine if the levels of the jaundice are in control it’s not a problem further I would recommend you to keep your child into indirect sunlight for 30 to 40 minutes that’s going to help in introducing down the levels further and good absorption of vitamin D
