kids at this stage of age gain their self identity and have their own likes and dislikes so it is common problem among them.
just keep offering different dishes with different taste and different texture.
make food presentation attractive.
for example
use carrots beetroot palak etc to make your child food more colorful it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food.
try to make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents.
maintain proper gap between meal and snacks time.
maintain good hygiene
