My baby girl is 1.5 month old, when we start her Tummy Time, she starts crawling. Should we let her to do Crawling or not?

Yes, start giving tummy time
intially, Start for once in a day, for few seconds
and gradually increase it's timing as well as it's frequency
mam, please don't get Panic for crawling
it is too early to expect it
so please don't practice it
