ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. If the body temperature is around 100F then give crocin syrup to the child and keep the child hydrated by giving more liquids and for now let the baby rest

What’s The temperature of your child that you have not clearly mentioned so here I will tell you if it is higher than 101° fahrenheit then you can give medicine to the child and start doing cold sponging specially behind the needs of the child that will help in bringing down the temperature really fast
