Q.
my baby girl had a birth weight of 2.75kg and now she completed 4 months with 6 .800 kg.Is it normal or over weight?

Baby weight should be triple in a year according to birth weight and after one year baby gain weight slowly so you should calculate according to that and according to that babies weight is totally fine. Baby should be totally your mother’s milk and there is no need to give anything else to your baby till baby turned six months old
