my baby girl complete 4 month today but still she can't move on sides by herself not also sleep on tummy by herself, is any problem in her. Can we consult to our doctor

No Need to consult your doctor and reach this milestone by the age of 6 to 8 months also and sometimes by the age of nine months also but that’s very very normal in this case I would not advise you to worry about it this is a very normal thing and kids grow up with time as per their body so that’s very very normal
