Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. one month baby is not passing stool Babies below 6 months may not be passing stool regularly a constipation of 8 to 10 days is absolutely normal in them there is no need of any medicines

It's normal in babies as some babies can poop once in 5-6 days or even a week and some babies can poop 5-6 times a day...not to worry if the baby is active and healthy otherwise and not cranky.. drink lots of water and a glass of water before feeding the baby.. have soft food. massage the baby's tummy in clockwise direction around the navel and give cycling exercises.
