My baby fist (hand)suddenly changed to bluish while bathing...And then immediately changed to normal... Is there any concern for i?

mam, slightly bluish palm at bath time ,it is ok.
but if there any other abonormalities then it is better to consult your pediatrician.
but always check water temperature before you give bath to your child.
it should not be too hot or too cold.
dry your baby skin immediately after bath .
if a child looks happy and active, gains enough weight then no need to worry about it.
