No other foods or fluids including water are not necessary till 6 months.
Exclusive breast feed your baby two hourly and on demand

Only When your child completes the age of 25 weeks not before that I’m sure your doctor must have told you that you cannot start with semisolid food before a certain date so this is the certain age before that it’s important that you only please Breastfeed your child child
