my baby fell down from bed yesterday but has no visible signs of bruising and is active as usual. Should i go for some checkup?

It happened yesterday so I’m going to suggest you to monitor for another 24 hours to 48 hours of any time you see their sudden vomiting or anything which is odd in the behaviour or activities of the child and yes in that case you can visit the doctor but as of now you don’t see anything evident and the child is active then you can beat
