my baby feeling so hard when she is 💩 what can I do

A. Dear mum if you are a feeding mother is keep yourself well hydrated and eat your food in little bites and chewy to properly also if you have started giving food to your child it should be in semi liquid form apply mustard oil on baby potty area try to rotate his legs and cycling motion and try to put pressure with legs on the tummy is this helps to pass the motion
