you can gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger or cold cotton cloth to calm your child and facilitate the eruption process.
also give chilled silicon teethers to chew on.

You should start doing a massage of your babies comes it will give relief in pain. You should also start giving homeopathic medicine name denton it is very effective in teething. And you should add more fluids in babies regular diet plan it will help to keep your baby hydrated
