my baby face is dark and legs and hands is white reason for this

A. Hello ma’am Well I am not really very sure about the reason because probably you are applying any kind of oil or anything else onto your child’s face which is why the colour is turning black. I would like to tell you that this face skin is much more sensitive than the body skin so stop applying anything that you are applying on to the face for the time being and see if you find the difference
