My baby face had full of rashes what to do

A. Atogla you can apply regularly if the pimples are or the rashes are heavy you can apply it every 5 to 6 hours or 3 to 4 hours whatever you would want to use so I’m just going to advise you to do this and do not apply anything else on the face and just wash it with plain water

A. maybe these rashes come from season change so use good moisturizer and u can also uuse coconut oil as well.but if there is no difference in it then consult to pediatrician.
