ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. Do nasal massage on area between eyes and nose several times a day to open up the closed ducts. You can remove any sticky liquid or paste or crusting by bathing her eye with cooled boiled water and cotton wool.

watery eyes are normal
as such nothing to worry
just give gentle massage from inner sides of eyes to tip of nose
clean your child eyes with fresh tap water
