Q.

my baby every 15days attack cold and runny noses and she doesn't like eats food she is now 10 months old 7.5 kgs , and she have no teeth

A. it is in diagnosis of allergic cough cold . here the child will have regular cough and cold which is usually not associated with fever . it increases and decreases but does not get cured completely. dr will give anti allergic medicine usually motelukast / levocetirizine. if its still not improving the next line of treatment will be inhaler therapy with mdix / nebulizer. allergy can be environmental (temperature variation -hot to cold weather/ cold water intake / dust / smoke / pollens) , food , chocolate / packet preservatives food and sweetx food also. body cannot sustain such allergic changes leading to cough cold usually at evening /night and morning.

A. Hello dear parent! Try giving warm vegetable soups, mashed khichadi and so on. Continue with breastfeeding. Keep Babyhug tummy roll on handy. Consult your doctor for evaluation and advice. Good luck and take care
