A. dear mum, your baby seems to be 3 months old, so, you should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months. vomiting is common among breastfed baby. burp baby after every feed. Burp in sitting position better than on shoulder keeping the head and chest at a level higher than stomach helps to reduce vomit. if baby is passing urine more than 7 times a day is active and alert and gaining adequate weight ,at least 500 gram per month then do not worry.
