Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Can be a sign of teething. Keep cleaning your baby’s mouth and hands frequently. Gently press your child’s gums with a soft cotton cloth dipped in cold water to reduce teething discomfort. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand. Good luck and take care.
