teething is natural process.
so there is no need of extra medicines for this.
just offer calcium rich food like ragi,nuts, dairy products etc more.
keep your child hydrated
avoid giving RO water.
provide apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day.
if your child feels sore and itchy gums ,give massage with clean finger on sore gums of your child.
provide silicone teether.
maintain good hygiene.
