My baby doesnt take full sleep at night she wake in every 3-4 hours what to do?

Maybe your child is not sufficiently fool before sleeping and that’s why your child keep waking up to take a feed and maybe the breastfeeding that you give me not be sufficient which is why I would recommend you to start giving formula feeding or any other milk to the child
