my baby doesn't pass urine for 8 hours and when he's asleep.. but when he's awake, he passes urine 10-12 times or even more than that. Is it normal?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 9 m old boy2 years agoA. urinary pattern in small children is totally different. they may pass more than 20 times per day urine also and sometimes they will pass urine again and again in only one hour. the minimum requirement would be dmore than 7 times in 24 hours. if it is less give more breast feeding or milk and if it is more no need to worry if the child is not having any other complaint. there is no problemd if the urine frequency is normal and the child is not passing urine at night
