my baby doesn't increase his weight for last 6 months.his weight is 10 kgs

Then I think there could be some nutritional deficiency which is why the child is not gaining weight or maybe there is a possibility that your child is not eating well as your child should as per the age so kindly check for either of the two reasons and check with your doctor
