My baby is 1 year 7th months old. His weight is 10 kgs. How can I increase his weight?

A. dear mum, to increase the weight of your 1 year 7 months old baby, Give top food 4 to 5 times a day and up to one katori every time. Also give one healthy snack in between. Give nuts like almond, dry fruits. All seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products, chicken. At least 500 ml of full cream milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Avoid fruit juice and instead give the whole fruit. avoid intake of junk and packet foods

A. good evening recommend you to try to give some healthy carbohydrates to the baby including paneer and potato preparation you can try to give dry fruits banana cheese coconut water for weight gain
