my baby does not eat properly.I tried lots of things.what can I do??

Thn It may be deficiency of iron which is why your child is having suppress appetite so if you want you can definitely start giving iron supplement to the child but before that you should get a check up done with your doctor if there is any other deficiency also along with I didn’t see the doctor can advise you all the supplements
