seasonal vegetables, green leafy vegetables and fruits are important.
curd, mint, turmeric, ginger can be included.
Breastfeeding till 2 years provides anti bodies to fight infection.

once ur baby completes one year then u can give all that you cook for ur family.
Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups to boost immunity.
Add some of the weight gaining food like egg ghee dry fruits,dairy products like paneer curd cheese,banana shake potatoes rice avocado ragi etc in ur baby diet for weight gain
