A. HI You can start complementary foods after baby completes 6 months. start with fluids like rice water , dal water. add new foods every 3 to 4 days, observe if baby tolerates that food in 3 days add boiled apple, boiled potato, mashed banana, papaya, upma, ragi porridge, Vegetable soup, rical dal ghee mash ., khichadi mash

A. Hello dear parent! Once your baby completes you can start giving semi solids like homemade cerelac, daal or chaaval paani, ragi, mashed bananas, apple purée in small quantities. Give sips of water in between meals. Continue breastfeeding your baby. Good luck and take care.
