Diet :- it is advisable to continue our efforts in feeding the child will stop many times it take more efforts from the parents to make the child eat nutritious food so kindly go for different recipes and flavours which might improve the appetite of the child but at the same time it is also important to meet your doctor to rule out nutritional deficiency which might be the cause of loss of appetite.......

Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. If loss of appetite can often indicate vitamin deficiency in the child, consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice.
