My baby daughter is turning 3 months old. I have been using diapers for full day with some diaper free intervals between each change. I change every 4/5 hours in morning and 6/7 hours at night. I apply cetaphil diaper cream once after evening bath. Should I apply it after every change? Is it advised? I see a slight redness around her anus for two days now. Recently i changed to the next size of same diaper i use. Please advise.
